Our client base includes medical device, pharmaceutical, and biologic companies – both established players and startups – looking for strategic results, as well as investors, including private equity firms and venture funds, looking at possible opportunities in the healthcare space. We also are a resource for healthcare providers facing compliance challenges and have a deep bench of experience working with a vast number or provider types, such as hospitals systems, physician group practices, and home medical equipment suppliers.

Emerging and established technologies often face a labyrinth of challenging regulatory hurdles to get to market. The companies that develop these innovations engage our firm to help guide them through what can feel like an incomprehensible and endless process. Investors that are interested in capitalizing on new opportunities in the healthcare industry leverage our insights and experience to make informed businesses decisions. We have worked with some of the largest manufacturers and investors in the country to achieve successful outcomes.

The firm’s managing member, Esther Scherb, has extensive experience with the Medicare program, the leading benchmark for U.S. healthcare reimbursement policies.
